STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY - NO REFUND ON 1X1 SESSIONS - PLEASE CHOOSE CONSCIOUSLY - Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointment Reminders are sent 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply of $15.00 no refunds will be issued for cancellations - Less than 24-hour notice Cancellation will result in no refund - All communications MUST be submitted through the website message portal - We are not responsible for any missed communications sent to any emails including info@bayareameditaiton.com sales@bayareameditaiton.com geraldine@hybridmother.com We will not respond to any social media outlet regarding booked service appointments. Rescheduling/Cancellations ​You can easily reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours prior to your appointment. an email notification must be submitted through your account. ​ - Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment at any time. - If your appointment is rescheduled we have up to 90 days to reschedule your appointment -It is your responsibility to reschedule your appointment please stay on top of your bookings. - It is your responsibility to record the session. - Non-refundable Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hrs in advanced - NO SHOWS - Will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and are non-refundable. Client No shows include: - Not available at the zoom link at the designated time. - Technical issues that take longer than 15 mins into the session to resolve - Time zone conversion errors - Audio and Visual issues that do not allow us to proceed with the appointment. -No communication through account within the first 15 mins of an appointment when late -late arrivals over the 15-min grace period -cancellations or reschedule request sent to any inbox other than your account message center - Hypnotherapy questions are not submitted 24 hrs prior to your appointment - Hypnotherapy questions are submitted within 20 hours of your appointment - The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, if you are marked as a no show your time will be fulfilled with a waitlist guest. - Any Charge back fees for non-refundable services-will be billed with an additional %25 charge Bay Area Meditation policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Photograph & Video Release I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or videotape without payment or any other consideration. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes: • conference presentations • educational presentations or courses • informational presentation • on-line educational courses Youtube and social media outlets • educational videos I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting. I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.
