This is more than just a Sound bath

In these intimiate sessions we discuss deap healing at deep layers. We will dive into the process of breaking cyclical trauma that may cause stagnation, limiting belifs that affect our every day life.

We will learn identification and how to release from the body in a compassionate and deeply connected manner.

We  then explore the power of sound and vibrational frequency in a  guided meditation and cleansing bath to release all that this is needed to release.

 Emotions, memories, pain, suffering and blockages that hinder our growth, healing and vitality.

Learn  how to use the frequency of sound as a powerful agent for epigenetic  programming. Learn how to activate the healing biotechnology of the  human body  in order to eliminate limiting beliefs and strengthen  creative and nourishing neural pathways.

Get Conscious Comfortably

• Bring a Yoga Mat or Sleeping bag (laying spaces are limited)
• Shoes are removed at door
• No Coat Check Provided
• Do bring Socks if you get cold
• room is tempereature controled for most comfortable state.
• bring Blanket or anything else you need to be comfortable and warm you will be laying on the ground.
• Please try to be mindful of your belongings and of other travelers space.
• Minimize and economize your space- everything should fit neatly within the perimeters of your mat.
• The exquisite sounds may put you in a comfortable sleep No snoring please
• please help us hold a sacred space
• If your neighbor is a sleepy bear lightly tap  their hand, gently and respectfully.
• if you are the sleepy bear quietly wake up and rejoin us.
• please restrain from talking during sound healing and meditation
• You may choose to join us in creating a sacred space by filling the room with Gold Healing light.
