• bring A yoga mat - AMPLE floor space
• blanket, mini pillow if needed and comfortable clothing
• please be mindful that if you fall asleep to bring yourself back
• if your a neighbor falls asleep gently tap them if the snoring disturbs.
• Sleepers be ready to be awakened by your neighbor of your snoring disrupts the sound bath.
