There are parts of you that have never truly disappeared or perhaps emerged,

The confidence you abandoned to be accepted. The truth you silenced to belong. The grief you buried to survive.

The power you learned to fear. The gifts you concealed because they felt too immense, too sensitive, too different for this world.

Nothing we exile from ourselves ceases to exist. It is simple under the layers.

It waits within the body as tension, within the nervous system as patterns of protection, within relationships as repetition, within the subconscious as self-sabotage, and within the soul as the persistent feeling that something essential has been left unlived. And you keep incarnating.

The shadow is not darkness. The shadow is unrealized consciousness.
