If the scheduled appointment is in your name you are the only person that can take the appointment. You are able to reschedule by notifying at least 24 hours in advance.

Connection problems are not a accepted as a valid cancellation or reason for refund.

No exceptions for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons

APPOINTMENT RESERVATION
All sessions are reserved exclusively for you.
A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment
Your scheduled time is held and removed from availability for other clients
If your requested date is not available you will be automatically rescheduled as per current availability.
We have a 2-3 month lead time on all bookings
CANCELLATION POLICY (STRICT)
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance:
→ Eligible for a one-time reschedule only (no refund)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: require a written notice providing reason for approved reschedule.
SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
We do not offer same day bookings - appointment lead time is 2-3 months
No refunds if you do not get the date requested - an email is not the final confirmation you will receive final confirmation i the account within 24-48 hours.
NO-SHOW POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE)
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in:
→ 100% of the session fee forfeited
No reschedule. No refund.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals may result in shortened session time
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time
Full session fee remains applicable
No refunds for late arrivals
Late arrivals include but are not limited to technical delays and lack of preparation.
If you do not submit required preparation for the session your appointment may be canceled no refund will be issued.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
Tracking your appointment date and time
Creating an account immediately after booking
Communicating with staff for questions and verification
Submitting all required information
Following the “how to Prepare" guidelines for your selected service
Arriving prepared and on time
Prepared includes technical preparations, internet connection, lighting, session requirements, headset and audio. No exceptions appointment may be rescheduled or canceld
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
Reminder notifications may be sent as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed.
Failure to receive a reminder does not waive any policy terms.
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing any event, program, or service, you agree to the following:
All payments are final and subject to the terms outlined in this agreement. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after receiving access, materials, or participation—whether in full or in part—constitutes a breach of these terms.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
The Company reserves the right to immediately revoke all access to current and future services
The Company may submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor, including proof of access, participation, and agreement to these terms
The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds to the fullest extent permitted by law
REPORTING & COLLECTION ACTIONS
Where a dispute is determined to be submitted in bad faith or without valid basis, the Company reserves the right to:
Report the matter to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems
Submit the outstanding balance to a collections agency
Report delinquent accounts to credit reporting agencies, where applicable and permitted by law
LEGAL COSTS
The Participant agrees to be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in recovering disputed funds, including administrative and collection-related expenses, where permitted by law.

ATTENDANCE POLICY & TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

By purchasing, registering for, or attending any event, program, workshop, or digital experience hosted by Geraldine Orozco (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following legally binding terms:
INDIVIDUAL ACCESS & NON-SHARING POLICY (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)
All event access—whether live, virtual, or replay—is licensed to a single individual only.
Each Participant must purchase their own ticket.
Access may not be shared, transferred, distributed, or used by multiple individuals under any circumstances.
This applies regardless of location, including but not limited to: Same household Same physical room Shared devices Group viewing environments
Prohibited actions include:
Sharing login credentials
Streaming or broadcasting events to others
Distributing replay links, recordings, or materials
Allowing any unpaid individual to view, attend, or access content
Enforcement:We actively monitor access activity, including IP usage and login patterns. Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may include permanent restriction from future events.

RESCHEDULING & EVENT MODIFICATION POLICY
The Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural events (e.g., weather, earthquakes, fires)
Technical outages or platform failures
Health-related issues
Force majeure events
Unforeseen operational constraints
In such cases:
The event may be rescheduled to a future date, OR
Access may be transferred to a replacement session or replay, at the Company’s discretion
No refunds will be issued due to rescheduling or modification.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY & ACCESS SECURITY
Participants are solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
All activity occurring under their account
The Company is not responsible for:
Unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials
Loss of access due to misuse or violation
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT PROTECTION
All materials, including but not limited to:
Videos
Audios
Transmissions
Teachings
Written materials
are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Strictly prohibited:
Recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any content
Uploading content to any platform
Using materials for commercial or group purposes
Violation will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE (MANDATORY CONSENT)
By attending any event, you grant the Company the irrevocable right and permission to:
Record, photograph, and capture your participation
Use your image, voice, likeness, and statements
For purposes including but not limited to:
Marketing
Educational materials
Social media
Publications
Promotional content
You waive any right to:
Inspect or approve final materials
Receive compensation or royalties
Claim ownership over recorded content
This release is perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free.
CODE OF CONDUCT

LEGAL WAIVER
