I signed up for a DNA Reprogramming session. I must say I was skeptical at first. The techniques that she teaches during the session are practical things that I apply in my every day life. The most important part of the session is that I can revisit  the techniques Geraldine uses to reach the root of triggers that i notice come up through my day. This has changed a lot for me. I am able to take accountability for my emotions, reactions and be a bit more mindful and compassionate  of myself and others. I wonder what would happen if we would teach these techniques in school. Fantastic! Had a great breakthrough with Geraldine, I scheduled a Hypnotherapy session. I previously tried to get hypnotized many times before, but I was just not able to go under. Geraldine was patient in explaining what to expect and gave me some key techniques on how to surrender to the process. You can tell when someone profoundly understands the process because they know how to explain things in a way that only you understand. I find this very helpful. Having worked with many therapists before (even very well-known ones) the results in this session were, what one might call life changing. I was taken into past lives and some traumatic experiences.. Geraldine's ability to navigate trauma in a nurturing and careful manner made me felt safe, i was able to release years of heavy trauma. I was then guided into connect with my higher self which I was finally able to see and feel.  To this day I can still recognize when I tap into that part of myself. And it has changed the way i do business and relate with family. Geraldine's work is a must to us all at this time. I highly recommend working with her one on one.

"When I finally got around to trying meditation, I was lucky to have this class so close to my home.  The beginning classes, on Thursday nights, are very helpful.  They only have you meditate for about 8 minutes, so there is a minimum of overwhelm.As far as I know, this style of meditation has few religious overtones and is fairly open to your own interpretations (ie, you can sit on a cushion, in a chair, or even lie on the floor).  As an underemployed person, I really appreciate that I can do something here that's good for my well-being, without spending a lot of money.  If you attend for a while, and participate in the social activities, you might also find an awesome community of people.

Healed from my skin condition.

I have work with Geraldine several times. When I came to her, i had severe eczema that i was struggling to handle. Geraldine helped me discover emotional patterns that were contributing the flare-ups of my condition.  I learned how to control chakras and emotions, now I am able to notice immediately when I lower my vibration and emotions.my body's immune system also takes a nose dive. I have also learned from her to look at my diet and sugar. Overall i feel that since I have started to work with Geraldine my life has changed for the better.
