CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED All sessions are non-refundable and reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours written notice is required to cancel or request a reschedule. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a one-time reschedule only. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session and are subject to approval at the Company’s discretion. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in 100% forfeiture of the session fee. No reschedule and no refund will be provided. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time and the full fee remains applicable. Please be sure to review complete terms and conditions at checkout.
