CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED All sessions are non-refundable and reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours written notice is required to cancel or request a reschedule. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a one-time reschedule only. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session and are subject to approval at the Company’s discretion. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in 100% forfeiture of the session fee. No reschedule and no refund will be provided.
