CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY — STRICTLY ENFORCED All sessions are non-refundable and reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24 hours written notice is required to cancel or request a reschedule. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a one-time reschedule only.
