This full moon is helping us see the patterns that we are not seeing but that we are locked into 

the Nervous system is hightened in a state of stress and agitation 

high level of trigger energy. 

Uranous is expanding the feeling of irritation

unless you are doing deep reflection into the parts that are triggered and in dormant states we are needing acknowledge and  see how we can come deeper into authenticity. 

It's about the breaking of patterns 

in this session we will access the patterns and begin to alchemize the traumas that keep repeating.
